Research is central to The Loop’s activities. We are committed to high quality data collection, analysis, publication and dissemination which can be utilised by relevant stakeholders at local, national and international level; to assist in service planning and provision; risk assessments; the management, regulation and licensing of leisure venues; liaison between stakeholders; and broader policy making and academic understanding.

Unclassified is a not-for-profit community interest company presenting The Loop that aims to promote health and minimise harms in nightclubs, bars and festivals. We provide information, outreach and interventions by trained and experienced staff about alcohol, drugs, sexual health, mental health, crime and violence. Alongside this we research and evaluate health, harm and pleasure in the night time economy.

For those looking to borrow money, take a look at WageDayAdvance. They offer short term loans of up to £5,000 and you can get approval instantly.

Our mental health is just as important to our overall well being as our physical health. Many people at some point in their lives experience some difficultly with their mental health, whether it is is a ‘down’ day, learning to cope with bereavement or some other significant trauma, to long term conditions such as depression and post traumatic stress disorder. Whatever is bothering you there is lots of help and support available in a setting and place that works for you. For a long time there has been a stigma attached to people with mental health problems but this is at last starting to change and there is now more understanding about the causes of mental health problems and the people who experience them, which can be any one of us at any point in our lives.

Tell us where the legal highs are: GMP map Manchester 'dealers' after Lincoln ban | Mancunian Matters

Manchester could be following Lincoln’s lead to stamp out ‘legal highs’ across the region after GMP announced they want locations of all shops that are selling the substances across the city.On February 26, Greater Manchester Police for Higher Blackley and Charlestown tweeted a request for members of the public to aid their mapping process - indicating a potential crackdown on the selling and consumption of new psychoactive substances (NPS).

Do you think this will help in other areas?
